Wow! I have been
told of a cheat for FIFA 99!
>>Rahul
writes:
"When the computer goalkeeper takes a goal kick press
the no.4 button for a replay. Just watch the replay and then
say 'back'. When you return back to the game (i.e. when the
goalkeeper takes the goal kick) the camera view does not change.
It stays behind the goal. You've gotta try it three or four
times to get it. (I repeat, it only works for the computer
goalkeeper)"
So give it a try!
>>FIFA
99 Dome are running a new pole:
'Which of the FIFA Series was the most enjoyable ay it's time?'
Head on over to
vote!
>>Remember,
as I said last night, if you want a plug for your FIFA 99
site/modem league here then send me an e-mail.

Still no news!
Sorry I've neglected this site a little recently, but I've
been busy with various other sites, like FIFA
2000 Online and Hull
City Online. Hopefully I'll bring some festive cheer to
you all soon... that is if I get some FIFA 99 news!
>>If
you have any news for this site please give me an e-mail.
I have run out of FIFA 99 news. Please just send me FIFA 99
news. Thank you.
>>If
this is my last update before Christmas, I'd like to wish
EVERYONE a very merry Christmas and a happy new year! Enjoy
your Christmas Day, wherever you spend it! :o)
>>Two
people have e-mailed me claiming they were the 2millionth
visitor! I will have confirmation soon to tell you all just
who it is!
>>I've
been doing some work at FIFA
2000 Online, just updating the news. Please check out
this site as it really is quality, and does the Soccer
Gaming name proud.
>>Would
you like a link to your FIFA 99 site adding here? Or perhaps
a plug for your modem league? Just give me an e-mail
and I'd be happy to promote your page.

Some of you ppl
are making me very angry now >:-(
>>A
little while ago I sent a friendly reminder about what you
should be posting to me and what you shouldn't. Well, it seems
some of you have IGNORED that. So I think I shall post it
once more, I have written it a little longer and a little
more clearly for you ppl who can't quite grasp it.
>>Please
DO NOT e-mail me technical questions about FIFA 99 - post
those to the Forum.
I will NOT know how to help you at all. You will be wasting
your time e-mailing me. It's nothing personal, I just simply
do not know how to help.
>>If
you are stuck on where/how to install a file, look at its
readme file. If you still can't understand where to put it,
post to
the Forum,
they will have a better understanding of it than me.
>>Please
do NOT e-mail me FIFA 2000
news. This news is not appropriate here, and should be sent
to FIFA 2000 Online.
They will be happy to post your news there.
>>Those
people who want to play someone on the internet should look
on the modem data base here.
>>Please
don't e-mail me messages in non-English - I won't understand
them, you'll just be wasting your time.
>>Please,
when you send me a file, tell me which section it should go
into and what it is/does. Also, it must be zipped.
>>Please
don't ask me how to score more free kicks or corners etc.,
I don't know!
>>I
DIDN'T make the game, FIFA 99. I just run this unofficial
site. EA Sports made
the game.
I don't enjoy
having to post such unhappy news, but it is ESSENTIAL that
you follow these 'rules' before you e-mail me. It can save
me and the fans of FIFA 99 and this site a LOT of hassle.
THANK YOU!
>>On
a happier note, we are just a couple of hundred hits away
from 2 million! Click here
to have a look at the site statistics, and if you are the
2,000,000th visitor please take a screenshot and e-mail
it to me! You will be credited some-where on this site
if you can prove you took this site to two million. Thanks!

recently looked at the site stats for this website and it
really is amazing! We are just a few thousand 'hits' off 2

Quick update
now...
>>Mark
Muyres e-mailed me:
"The International Modem League Federation is organising
its first international modem league and we invite you to
participate. The World Trophy will start half December, there
are 128 free places and you can sign in now. IMF will share
its profit with the winners of the World Trophy. The profit
will come from the banner from the site and IMF will give
50% to the winners. The telephone costs are very low because
we will use Heat software and so you can play over the Internet
with people from all over the world! If you're interested
in joining, please visit our website.
>>There

where he plays out the games and posts a report. Read it here.

the files on their site please send me the url(s) for me to
put on the site and others can download it. I can tell you
that there WILL be an E.S.P. for FIFA 2000, hopefully out
before Christmas. There will also be a NEW E.S.P. website,
run by my friend Drinky. I will give the address when it's

>>I
have a reminder for you: Please DO NOT e-mail me technical
questions about FIFA 99 - post those to the Forum.
If you are stuck on where to install a file, look at it's
readme. Please don't e-mail me FIFA
2000 news. Please don't e-mail me messages in non-English
- I won't understand them, you'll just be wasting your time.
Please, when you send me a file, tell me where it should go
and what it is. Please don't ask me how to score more free
kicks or corners, I don't know!
