Johan Karlsson has sent me some more info about his 1978/79 season patch:

The next version will include all teams that played in the three European competitions in 78/79 (so far Johan has made Glentoran, Bohemians and IB Vestmannaeyjar). It's kind of hard to find line-ups for the less known teams such as Dukla Prague, Wisla Krakow etc., so if anyone out there has any such info, it would be most helpful! With the help of Tom Eickhoff (a.k.a. Hellraiser), the next version will also include new menu screens, adboards and other graphics. Every now and then, more info on the patch will also be posted on the FIFA 99 message board. Stay tuned for updates!!

As you can probably guess, they are both for Mexican patches made by FIFA 99 Mexico. Both are definately worth checking out.
