>>A bit of bad news - the first part of Ash Spate's patch that was posted the other day has been taken down. This is because Ash realised he had sent the wrong files! He is having pc problems at the moment so we must wait and hope they can get sorted before we can get our hands on the patch!

>>There's no new downloads today, but a request from me which goes out to all budding FIFA 99 kit makers. As you may already know, I create a patch for the FIFA 99 FA Premiership modem league, which I also release to the public. The patch includes up to date rosters and currently nearly up to date kits of the english premier league. That's where you, the kit makers, come in. I am in desperate need of the following kits for the 2000/2001 season:

  • Bradford City Home & Away
  • Middlesboro Home & Away
  • Sunderland Home & Away
  • Liverpool Away
  • Man City Away
  • Southampton Away
  • West Ham Away

I can provide you with pictures of all the kits so if anyone could make ANY of the these kits for me it would be much appreciated. Please email them to me at the following address - nick@soccergaming.com. Thanks.

>>It's time again to head on over to the downloads section. Here is todays downloads list:

  • Bulgarian Patch Beta (alpha version was posted on the 6th)
  • A River Plate Kit

Soon, the current downloads section will be no more. If you visit either soccergaming.com or fifa2001.com, you will have seen news of a great new addition to the soccergaming network. The new Downloads Centre will host files for all types of soccer related games, including all of the fifa games and championship manager's. We are currently carrying out the grueling task of transfering all of the files from the old downloads section to the new Downloads Centre. It will be completely interactive with you being able to submit a download on the site just by filling out a simple form! We don't have an opening date yet but as soon as we do you'll know about it!

>>This is the first update to the site of the new year, so first of all let me wish you all a very happy new year. Next, I would like to apologise for the delay in this update, things have been a bit hectic since the turn of the year!!

Today Dimtiter Kiossev brings you his fantastic patch for FIFA 99. This patch is for the Bulgarian League and includes the following features:

  • All teams from the Bulgarian Premiership
  • Correct kits
  • Correct player names and stats
  • All 16 + players of every team
  • Correct strength of the teams

Ash Spate's patch (see below) is developing well and may not take as long to complete as was first thought.
